I view therapy as a collaborative process in which each person’s lived experience is honored and vulnerability is recognized as a source of strength. Our experiences, relationships, and environments often shape the ways we understand ourselves and move through the world, sometimes in ways that exist outside of our immediate awareness. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore these experiences with curiosity, reflection, and compassion.
I understand that therapy can feel challenging and vulnerable at times, and I believe no one should have to navigate that process alone. My approach is integrative and grounded in a trauma-informed framework that considers how past experiences may influence present patterns, emotions, and relationships. Together, we work toward your goals with intention, fostering deeper self-understanding, meaningful growth, and practical tools that support lasting change.
I value creating a space where clients can slow down from the pressures of daily life, speak openly, and feel supported in exploring the complexities of their experiences at a pace that feels comfortable and collaborative. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, where I am training to provide care that is both clinically grounded and compassionate.
