Ashley Masula
I believe the therapeutic space allows for collaborative work to understand, integrate, and change to live a more meaningful life. My focus is on our bond which is our foundation that will allow us the ability to dive deeply. As a clinician, I believe unpacking our initial experiences in childhood and adolescence can help make sense of our current internal frameworks. In addition to a psychodynamic orientation, I will draw upon cognitive behavioral and humanistic theories so we can make the hard parts of life more manageable. Ultimately, my goal is that our time together supports you to move through the world as your most authentic self.

My early clinical work has been in supporting women who have experienced sexual assault and intimate partner violence. I remain passionate and honored to help people navigate those difficult experiences. I am also compelled to work with people across a wide range of concerns including complex family systems, identity development, trauma, and life transitions.
