I am passionate about the human mind and helping people live happy, fulfilling lives. I work from an integrative standpoint that draws mostly from person-centered and psychodynamic theories. I believe in peeling back the layers to reach a more honest perspective on ourselves, and I believe in the healing power of listening.
I specialize in grief and the many losses we face throughout life; whether you’re grieving the passing of a loved one, a beloved pet, a job or dealing with other kinds of loss, I am here to help you process it and cope with it in healthy ways.
As your therapist, I welcome you as you are. My approach is non-judgmental and warm, curious, and accepting. I hope that, whatever life’s throwing at you now, we can work together to untangle the knots.
I am a provisionally licensed psychotherapist with a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Fordham University in New York City.
