Finding a space where you feel safe to be seen and understood can make all the difference. I strive to offer that space, so you can explore your experiences and grow into a version ofyourself that feels fulfilling.

My approach to counseling is holistic, recognizing that every aspect of a person's life contributes to their overall well-being. Whether you are navigating relationships, life transitions, identity development, or the effects of trauma, I strive to understand your experiences within the context of your entire self. I draw from person-centered, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed approaches to help increase insight into patterns while honoring your autonomy and uniquestrengths.

I offer therapy in both English and Spanish. I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from The City College of New York and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hunter College. I have clinical experience in a community mental health setting, where I worked with culturally diverse clients from a wide range of ethnic backgrounds, spanning adolescence through adulthood. I have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, sexual violence, depression, identity exploration, relational dynamics, and life transitions.

I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.
