Initial steps of seeking therapy can be challenging. My focus is to provide a safe environment to alleviate such challenges. Viewing you as the expert in your own life, my role as a therapist is to engage in a collaborative approach to encourage you to explore your strengths, examine your weaknesses and utilize coping skills, with the intentionality to gain insight into cultivating your authentic self. My counseling experience has equipped me to engage in multiple lifespan development challenges, such as Anxiety, Depression, Substance use, Family and Interpersonal Challenges.
