Reaching out for support is a brave and important step toward living a fuller, more connected life. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Whether you're ending a relationship, changing careers, processing a loss, or healing from the past. If you’re feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and your relationships.
My approach is warm, active, and collaborative. I draw from CBT, REBT, and Client-Centered Therapy to support you in managing anxiety, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, and building insight that leads to real change. I’m also a strong believer in the mind-body connection and often integrate mindfulness and somatic awareness into our work, helping you tune into how emotions live in the body and how that awareness can support healing.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the fine arts, a background that continues to inform my creative, open-minded approach to therapy. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University and am a proud member of the American Counseling Association. Our sessions are a space for honesty, curiosity, and practical tools, all grounded in safety and growth. Healing looks different for everyone, together, we’ll explore what it means for you.
