Kelly Doyle
Grounded in the psychodynamic tradition, I help clients develop insight into early life experiences and unconscious patterns that shape their present relationships, emotions, and sense of self. Through a collaborative and reflective process, we work to identify and transform maladaptive patterns, reprocess relational dynamics, and foster greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and meaningful change. I am committed to creating a warm, inclusive therapeutic space that honors the complexity of each person’s identity, background, and lived experience.

As a lifelong reader and creative writer, I deeply value self-expression, storytelling, and the arts as powerful tools for healing and growth. I also believe in the therapeutic importance of community, connection, and public service. With these values in mind, I invite clients to explore their personal narratives with curiosity and compassion—examining not only who they are, but how they relate to others and the communities they inhabit.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Creative Writing, with highest honors, from Emory University and am currently completing my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Baruch College.
