I believe therapy should be collaborative with a focus on self-awareness, authenticity, and finding strength from within. and I aim to offer compassion and non-judgmental support. I draw from a person-centered and strength-based approach in therapy. Everyone is on their own individual journey to self-discovery for one's unique needs. Together, we will collaborate on navigating difficult emotions and patterns while exploring one’s own strength and personal growth.
I graduated from Hunter College with an Advanced Certificate in Mental Health Counseling and hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Hunter as well. I have worked with a variety of diverse populations, including adults with substance use disorder, depression, anxiety, and neurodivergent students in a rehabilitation setting. With a background in teaching yoga, I often incorporate mindfulness techniques into my practice to help support clients in connecting with themselves more fully.
