Life inevitably brings moments of change, uncertainty, and pain — times when things feel heavy or hard to make sense of. My role is to offer grounded support and compassionate presence as you navigate these experiences at your own pace. Therapy can feel like an intimidating step, but it also opens a path toward healing, self-discovery, and meaningful connection.I work to cultivate a genuine, inclusive, and nonjudgmental environment — one where you can feel seen, accepted, and encouraged to show up just as you are. I believe that our most transformative work comes from curiosity, empathy, and self-kindness.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and flexible, drawing from psychodynamic and person-centered frameworks while weaving in tools from other modalities that best fit your goals and experiences. I frequently help individuals working through anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, and relationship challenges.I completed my master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Hunter College in 2023 after working in human resources for several years. Offering therapy has proven to be my clear path and passion. Seeking therapy is a powerful and courageous decision, and it’s my intention to walk beside you through every step of that journey with care, integrity, and hope.
