  My aim in therapy is to create a space where clients can step back from the pace of daily life and allow their minds to settle. In this safe, supportive environment, clients are able to explore deep personal issues, gain the tools they need to work through them, and grow into the person they want to be. My goal is to help clients face challenges with resilience and emerge stronger through the process.

I believe that meaningful and lasting change comes from understanding the deep-rooted patterns and unconscious motivations that shape our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Using a psychodynamic approach, I work collaboratively with clients to explore their emotional worlds and develop greater insight. I also integrate cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT) to offer practical, present-focused tools for managing distress and making sustainable changes—creating a balanced and individualized therapeutic experience.

As a Mental Health Counselor - Limited Permit, I am dedicated to providing empathetic, thoughtful, and evidence-based care. My approach is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and compassion as we work together to foster growth and self-understanding.
