Healing is not simply about understanding our experiences; it is also about discovering how those experiences shape the way we think, feel, relate to others, and respond to the world around us. I believe that within each of us lies an inherent capacity for healing, growth, and resilience, even when life's challenges make those strengths difficult to recognize.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine curiosity about each person's unique experiences. Drawing from Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, and Mindfulness-based therapies, I integrate evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Somatic Experiencing (SE), in which I have advanced to the Intermediate I level of training.
I recognize that trauma, chronic stress, and emotional challenges affect more than our thoughts; they can also influence how we experience safety, connection, and emotional balance within our bodies. Through an integrative, culturally responsive approach, I help individuals, couples, and families explore these connections, strengthen their inner resources, and develop greater self-awareness and emotional regulation.
Above all, I strive to create a therapeutic space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered to move beyond patterns that no longer serve you, cultivate meaningful relationships, and experience a renewed sense of well-being.
