/contact-us
Hello! My name is Nina, and I am an Advanced Clinical Resident with an eclectic approach to healing, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support your unique journey. My practice is rooted in person-centered therapy, where I prioritize creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings and experiences. I believe in the power of holistic wellness, recognizing that true healing involves nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. As a strengths-based therapist, my goal is to support you in discovering and expanding upon your own personal growth and potential. By working collaboratively, I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs, empowering you to tap into your inner resources and create lasting change in your life.
I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Sonoma State University and have had the pleasure of working with adults, children and families over the past few years. I have experience with trauma-informed care, at-risk youth, emotional and interpersonal skills building and CBT approaches in counseling. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in clinical counseling at Baruch College. I have personal passions in meditation, cooking, art, and creative exploration in all forms! I find creativity and curiosity to be a powerful tool, and I often incorporate this into the therapeutic work.

MOST PLANS ACCEPTED
We accept most insurance plans. If we are not in network with your particular plan, and you have out of network benefits, we will work with your insurance company to get you as close to an in network experience as possible. Give us a call and we’ll verify your benefits. Our personal guarantee is that you will never receive a surprise bill. Before your first appointment, you will know exactly how much you will have to pay and how much your insurance will cover. Even if your insurance doesn’t cover the whole thing, we’ll never charge you more than your in-network co-insurance once you’ve met your deductible.
