Counseling can help you handle life obstacles in a healthy way. As a therapist and through personal experience, I understand that it can be scary, daunting, or overwhelming to start this journey. It can be easy to isolate yourself, to shove down the pain, or think you can’t be helped. No matter what your struggle is, you don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to get to know you for who you are and help you achieve wellness from within. As we work together, I aim to help you feel heard, validated, and empowered. I offer a thoughtful, sensitive, compassionate, and non-judgmental personality. My approach to counseling allows you to explore the past, present, and the life you hope for in the future. I hope to provide a warm and safe environment to help you on your journey.
I utilize a range of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused, and Strength-Based modalities. Through our time working together, I tailor my approach to each individual, so you get the best care you need. I assist clients as they work through difficult life transitions. I also help clients work through anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss.
