Life is filled with experiences of hardship and triumph. What helps us endure these experiences is connection with others. As your therapist I will prioritize our therapeutic relationship as we work together to create a safe, comforting, non-judgmental environment. Through connection and exploration of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors we can find your individualized path to healing. My approach consists mainly of Relational-Cultural and Psychodynamic therapies. I am adaptable in my approach according to the needs of my clients. Overall, I am a person who will listen, be understanding, and be accepting of all identities and experiences. Together we can navigate challenges, learn, and move forward in your journey of growth.
I earned my Masters in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. Also, I attended Providence College where I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology with a Minor in Women’s and Gender Studies. Currently, I am living in Manhattan trying to cultivate a balanced and present life in this city that never sleeps.
