I always believe in the ability to help others when you cannot do it on your own. Therapy is an asset that has become more necessary and useful in today’s modern age. As a therapist I strive to be an effective counselor that listens, validates, and supports their clients through any of their troubles. My interest in therapy stems from my own personal experience and a desire to help others as I have been helped.
I utilize a person-centered form of therapy that draws from mindfulness-based and cognitive behavioral techniques. I always offer a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to be able to speak about their troubles and how it is currently affecting their mental health. In our sessions together, I hope to help my clients walk down their healing journey whether it is old or new. I have experience in and work with clients who experience anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress, and trauma. I love working with clients from all walks of life and backgrounds.
