I believe in the inherent resilience and strength within each individual. Life often presents us with challenges, both large and small, that can disturb our mind. However, it's essential to recognize that every emotion we experience is valid and genuine.

My passion lies in accompanying individuals on their journey towards healing and growth. Drawing from my diverse experiences and multicultural background, I am deeply attuned to the complexities of intersecting identities and the unique challenges they may present. Specifically, my dedication to serving the LGBTQ+ community has equipped me with valuable insights into the intricacies of identity, acceptance, and mental well-being. I can also provide psychotherapy in both Mandarin and English as a bilingual therapist.

My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy and a genuine commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through an integrative approach with person-centered therapy and relational therapy, we will navigate through life's challenges, celebrate victories, and work towards realizing your fullest potential.

I am here to walk alongside you on your journey towards healing, empowerment, and self-discovery. Together, we will embark on a path towards holistic well-being, where your voice is heard, valued, and respected.

I graduated from New York University with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology in 2023. I'm now completing my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University.
