I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities while specializing in the LGBTQ+ community.

I employ a person-centered, strengths-based approach to counseling while utilizing techniques from various theoretical approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and others, while tailoring a treatment approach to each individual client's needs. Together we will fold back your unique layers to uncover how dynamics from the past impact present-day behaviors and relationships while ensuring you have the proper tools and resources to navigate and overcome the challenges you are experiencing.
