I strive to provide therapy within an empathetic, safe, and nonjudgmental space. Together, we will explore the patterns, motivations, and emotional blocks that are preventing you from living your best life. Whatever your challenges, including stressors that come with transitions, anxious loops, negative thoughts, or relationship difficulties, we will work through your experiences together.
My approach is rooted in Psychodynamic Therapy; however, I draw upon other modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques in order to address immediate discomfort, while also helping you gain personal insight that will lead to healing and growth. I understand that every individual is unique, and therefore will create a therapeutic environment that is catered to your needs.
I received a Master’s degree in Counseling at New York University. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities, and look forward to helping you on your journey to becoming your best self.
