I’m Jack, an Advanced Clinical Resident with a sincere passion for helping people connect with their most authentic selves. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey—one where you feel empowered, supported, and free to explore your emotions and past experiences without judgment. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen and heard, where we can work together to uncover your strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and envision a future that aligns with your values and aspirations.
My approach to therapy is integrative and holistic, drawing from a variety of modalities, including humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and psychodynamic techniques. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I tailor our work together to fit your unique needs, life experiences, and personal goals.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Baruch College. My background as a yoga teacher plays a big role in how I view healing, emphasizing the powerful connection between mind and body. I also have years of experience working with at-risk LGBTQ+ youth, which has deepened my understanding of the unique challenges faced by diverse communities. At the heart of my work is a commitment to meeting you with compassion, curiosity, and a belief in your capacity for growth and change.
Taking the first step toward therapy is a courageous act of self-care, and I truly commend you for it. I would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey, and I look forward to the opportunity to support you in reconnecting with the strength and resilience that exist within you.
