I believe that therapy provides a unique and special opportunity to examine your life, gain awareness, and find inherent strength within you. I fully acknowledge that choosing to engage in therapy is a brave and courageous choice. In our work together, I hope to help you become more present, authentic, and accepting of all that you are. My specific approach focuses on the development of trust within our therapeutic relationship and highlights your capacity to change and grow.
I am currently pursuing a second Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Alfred University. My experience and training in yoga teaching and meditation helps me appreciate the powerful connection between mind and body, and speaks to how I prioritize creating space for mindfulness and a connection to yourself.
