Compassion and authenticity are at the core of my integrated approach. I rely on collaboration with my clients to support growth and change. My many years of body work influence a somatic aspect to my work which pairs with my appreciation for Person-Centered and resolution-oriented systems.
This allows us to explore unique challenges to best address an array of concerns such as family conflict, relationship obstacles, anxiety, trauma, depression, struggles with self worth and identity, as well as many other conflicts we face through the varied phases of life.
I hold a MA in Clinical Mental Counseling as well as an eclectic professional history including 23 years as a Pilates instructor in addition to a BFA in Film from NYU.
