I believe life is something one should never have to navigate on their own. Making the decision to begin therapy is not always easy, but I am here to build a relationship with you where we can work collaboratively on your goals.
I aim to create a comfortable and safe environment for you to share your story, heal, and ultimately grow into the best version of yourself. Given the uniqueness of every individual, I tailor my approach to what fits you best. With that said, my primary focus is on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. I incorporate active listening strategies to help develop positive coping skills that can be integrated into your everyday life.
I currently hold a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Gender, Sexuality, and Women Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. My previous experience involves working with young adults and children with a history of trauma and/or diagnosis of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
