Everyone is capable of healing; sometimes you just need some external help getting there. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental and authentic space for my clients. I believe in building a supportive environment while also challenging my client’s negative beliefs to develop new ways of thinking, build different perspectives and concrete solutions to their challenges.
Having lived and worked in India, Singapore and New York, I am intimately familiar with the challenges of adjustment issues, immigration stress and adapting to and resettling in a new environment. I have worked with clients with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, substance and addiction issues, special needs children and parents, bi-polar, autism, and trauma to simply name a few. I treat everyone as a unique individual and tailor treatment specifically to the needs of the individual in front of me. No two people are the same.
Together we will examine the experiences that have created your story today. Using our relationship as the medium for change you will gain insight, sharpen your awareness and make significant changes in your life and relationships. I believe therapy can be greatly beneficial for you not only to gain relief from a presenting problem but also to thrive and live to your fullest potential.
