Drawing from relational, mindfulness-based, and cognitive-behavioral techniques, I tailor treatment to suit your individual strengths, needs, and goals.
I received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and completed studies in both Spanish and Critical Race and Ethnic Studies at the University of Vermont. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rutgers University.
