I believe that therapy is both a reflective and creative journey grounded in self-discovery, contemplation, and the development of strategies on the path of healing and growth. I am passionate about guiding individuals toward holistic well-being through a therapeutic approach firmly rooted in empathy, collaboration, active listening, reflection, mindfulness, and the development of practical tools for change. Clients can expect a safe and non-judgmental space to explore their experiences and values.
Drawing from a variety of approaches including humanistic, existential, and cognitive behavioral therapies, I emphasize the exploration of core values and aligning actions to these values to create meaningful change. Clients can also expect collaboration in gaining insights, discovering patterns, and navigating emotions and thoughts. Embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth in which you will build the tools for lasting positive strategies to a more fulfilling and authentic life.
