I believe therapy is a gift we give to ourselves. Whether it’s exploring our internal worlds or facing current challenges head on, I will meet you where you are in the present and work collaboratively with you in a safe, judgment-free environment where we can build an individualized therapeutic relationship that fosters connection and growth. My goal is to hold space for full, authentic self-expression leading to deeper explorations and new understandings that help you better navigate the challenges life brings. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, I offer therapy that is warm, respectful, empathetic, and creative.
With my professional performing arts background informing everything I do, I love to bring those intuitive and creative tools forward as part of my work with clients to support their needs. The entertainment industry can be quite challenging on many levels, and I strive to support clients in the unique struggles we face as artists. In addition, my intimate knowledge of trauma, emotional, and narcissistic abuse has led to my interest and current study of trauma-focused therapy approaches, EMDR, breathwork, and movement-based therapeutic techniques.
I am currently pursuing a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling at Hunter College. I studied Dance Performance at Oklahoma City University, Musical Theater at NYU, and hold a Bachelor’s of Performing Arts degree from Saint Mary’s College of California.
