My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT), as well as Psychodynamic therapy. However, I pull from many modalities to provide personalized care for each unique individual. My educational background includes an M.A. in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Carolina.
