I believe that everyone comes from a unique background and has diverse identities, therefore, there is no one size fits all approach to therapy. My therapeutic approach involves integrating a multicultural lens allowing me to view clients holistically and collaborating consistently with clients. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to authentically be themselves and accomplish their goals. By focusing on your goals and working at your own pace, I believe I can provide the space for you to feel understood and seen.
I graduated from The American University in Cairo with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at the Teachers College of Columbia University. I am also fluent in Arabic and can provide sessions incorporating the language.
